Unfortunately returns are not possible on TifGrand grass plugs. Your plugs are heavily watered just before shipping to ensure they arrive to you fresh and healthy. It is recommended that you immediately open your shipment upon receipt and water all your grass plugs thoroughly. If there seems to be a problem with your plugs upon receipt or if your package was damaged in transit please contact us immediately.
